In accepting this offer to join the First Look Appraiser Panel of independent contractor appraisers, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms. 

Provider agrees to:

• Adhere to all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding their licensed activities and professional services, including the requirement to only accept assignments for which the provider has all necessary competency (product, geographic, etc…).
• Complete all assignments in compliance with current state licensing requirements and regulations, as well as the current version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
• Communicate with, and complete all assignments for First Look within the designated order management platform/portal from which the assignment was received.
• Complete all assignments on or before the agreed upon due date, except for rare situations where events outside of the control of the provider would prohibit the ability to provide credible assignment results within the agreed upon timeframe.
• Communicate any requested due date changes made necessary by events outside of the control of the provider to First Look immediately upon discovering same.
• Abide by all requirements of the engagement letter communicated at the time of assignment acceptance.
